I want to share my top three personal rules that promote a healthy life and a healthy mind, and doing this every day will increase your self-esteem and will improve your confidence level if you continue to make them a habit.

Start Strong

Start the day with a small ritual like 10 push ups or fifty boxing jabs. This way, the day starts when you start.

Always Think Ahead

whatever you seek to do during the day, be honourable. Don’t do anything you will regret or feel bad about later. It’s your life, and you have to live with yourself and the consequences of your actions.

Well Begun Is Half Done

If you start something during the course of your day, endeavour to finish it to such a high standard that even God would be proud of you.

People will try to stop you, but that’s alright. They want to stop you because your determination makes them look bad. It’s a rare trait nowadays, so if you’ve got it, you’ll stand head and shoulders above the rest.
