There’s a vital reason why you should never mention what a disruptive force the narcissist is to you, your colleagues, and the company.

And that’s because they are already working in the background saying that you are the problem to upper management.

That means if you go to them now, instead of exposing the narcissist through your actions, they immediately think you’re the problem and the narcissist is right.

Instead of saying anything, document your own actions thoroughly by CC’ing all relevant people into your work emails.

This includes anyone in a senior position that may become relevant later on, who would be able to take action once they realise what the narcissist is doing.

The narcissist has prepared another trap for us here, one that is similar to the trap of protesting your innocence against their lies.

Except this time around, we don’t even know what the false claims are of which we stand accused.

But I could guess that the narcissist has probably told some people in high places that they are innocent of…
