Narcissists love to spoil the dates that are important to you, and they will often save up all of their energy and wrath to bring havoc and misery to the occasion.
This has more to do with the fact that they need to be the centre of attention, and if the spotlight is on someone else they can’t bear it and they must ruin it.
All religious holidays will be sabotaged by the narcissist for an additional reason which is that they think that they are God, which is why they get mad when people won’t do everything for them.
The narcissist indulges in a form of self-worship and believes that they are worthy of such from other people.
