Narcissists are not long term thinkers, so wherever she's gone she has no long term plan for how she will stay there.

She could easily run out of money quickly, or start leeching off of someone that won't take her abuse the way she likes to give it, leaving her high and dry.

Either way, she will have to surface soon due to paranoia, delusion and short-term thinking. They are self-destructive people; we can always rely on that to bring them back out in the open.
