This is a common scenario that keeps many people trapped and miserable in abusive cycles.

But today I’m going to show you how you can blow the loneliness blues away and not make the misery of toxic people your only alternative.

Did you know that toxic people rely on your loneliness to drive you back to them? If you never feel lonely, they are powerless against you, so work towards that.

The key is to overcome loneliness and make it your strength not your weakness.

How you achieve this is that you must recognise that you are unhappy, and that the setup of this situation is making you miserable, and then decide how to fix it.

But we mere mortals cannot change other people, so do not even try.

Instead understand that you should be with the type of people that you get along with really well, and if you can’t be right now then when you are alone be grateful that you are not with those toxic individuals for a start.

And just enjoy that feeling of peace that you have when you are not with them.
