Life is a series of many battles. You may get to chose some of them, but for the most part the fight is brought to you in every day life from family, friends, co-workers and random strangers.
Stabilise your mind and your emotions by accepting that there will be challenges in your day, and know that not all of them will be battles that you should fight. We must be wise like the dragon;

When we wake up we may feel a certain way, but we have the ability to create what we feel inside of us all the time.
Whatever we might feel, the moment we feel something only we can decide to maintain that state of mind.

You turn to them to ask them to politely move out of the way, but they are listening to their headphones and they do not hear you.
